I usually go to the Honda in Van Nuys until I searched for oil changes around my area and this NOHO location popped up which I’ve never heard of before. Nice little place. Everything was great. Steve explained what needed to be done on my car and gave me a list of a full inspection. The only problem was that I had to wait a while in my car before someone came to help me and also the oil change itself took about 2 hours. But other than that, staff was friendly and professional.
I found Steve’s calm and professional demeanor refreshing. Despite having a wait a while to get a service writer, one Steve showed up he was able to calm my nerves. He elaborated on the details of the required repairs and was overall very helpful.
