As usual, my experience was absolutely excellent! The issues with my Honda Accord were handled in the most professional way. The service from the intake to completion of the work was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, with full transparency of what needed to be done urgently as well as what additional work should be considered. This is by far the best Honda I’ve been too. The only reason why is because of Robert. He’s helped me out with a huge car issue in the past. And I’ve been coming here ever since. They’re fast , reliable and the customer service is great. Thank you! I recommend this place for car service. Specifically Robert. He’s amazing. And the entire facility is nice and clean with an area to relax and watch tv. There is also an in n out literally next door.

Service was on point today! Alex was great! Just got an oil change but they also perform a multi point check. My car felt newer when I left! It was done timely while I was working in their very nice waiting room. I’m glad I chose them to get my oil change done!!!

Dropped off my car at Honda Of North Hollywood for a Diagnosis. When I reached to Bryan one of the Service Consultants, he helped me get my car back on the road without hesitation. Bryan a very friendly individual, very understanding, very patient, insured me not worry, even though I was worried about my problem. My car got FIXED in an INSTANT 🙌🏽. Extremely friendly and helpful customer service. Even though I was there much longer than I was expecting, I had an enjoyable time waiting in their customer lounge. It was perfectly air-conditioned and stock full of snacks. Brian customer service representative was helpful and friendly as always, and I will be returning if I ever need to get any more work done.

I’ve dealt with a few Honda dealerships and I find it that This is the only truly honest dealership in the San Fernando Valley. I travel from Sylmar to North Hollywood. Avoid the San Fernando dealership and others. It’s worth the time to go to a dealership that really cares and is very honest with their customers and going out of their way to help them in any which way they can.

Bryan was great! I came in as a walk-in in the afternoon for some general maintenance and he was able to take care of me right away. My car was even ready earlier than the time he originally gave me, which I really appreciated. Amazing customer service overall and everything went smoothly. Definitely had a great experience and would recommend Bryan!

This was a follow up to work. I had done on my car six months ago. Everyone was very helpful especially Briyan who paid great attention to detail and was terrific at communicating with me to keep me in the loop about progress on the work. The issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently, and I got my car back the same day since when it’s been running perfectly.

Brian Mendoza's empathy and understanding of me not being able to attend a family function because I didn't have my car was greatly appreciated. David who picked up my car was very personable. He contacted me in advance to let me know he would be a few minutes late due to heavier than expected traffic . I would have given a 4.5 rating if available. However, I do highly recommend Honda of North Hollywood.
