I was an out-of-town mom trying to give my kids a great vacation when a transmission warning appeared on my Honda Pilot. I came to the North Hollywood Honda Service in tears, but Bryan immediately put me at ease. He went above and beyond in every way. He spent extra time driving my car himself, trying to get the warning light to trigger again so he could be confident it was safe. He didn't rush me or brush off my concerns, he genuinely cared about making sure I could safely drive my family back home. On top of that, he arranged a ride to my Airbnb, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated me with so much kindness and compassion during a stressful situation. Despite the fact that I came in wearing Padres gear, he still took incredible care of us and assured me he was on my side! 😊 Customer service like Bryan's is rare. He turned what felt like a disaster into an experience where I felt cared for, respected, and safe. Honda of North Hollywood is fortunate to have him on their team.
