Fransisco and Allen were great help with servicing my Honda! I had brought it in with a bunch of problems, and their clear communication with the sales team led to a simple oil change as I wound up trading in and starting a new lease. AND they gave me a coupon for the oil change!! What I thought was going to be a pretty penny in charges with my battery going dead wound up being nothing short of a lucky blessing. There’s a great team here and I look forward to bringing my new Honda back for servicing!

I purchased a used 2018 Accord Ex-L yesterday from Erik. Overall the experience was a good one except for the delays that were outside of Erik’s control; sales manager and finance manager. My provided time limit was 1 hour and the entire transaction took almost 2 hours. I would highly recommend is that the facility list all add on items for price transparency going forward. Paint and fabric protection which were not requested, needed or asked for were added to the vehicle but not listed. This item raised the price close to $1k over asking. I’d also suggest as is usually an Industry standard, to provide or have cold bottled water available for customers or potential customers. This is important when there are no less than 10 dealerships within a 2 mile radius. Erik did an excellent job of helping to close the deal.

Armand and the rest of the team in the service sales department were PHENOMENAL. I went in with a dead battery on my car with 2 months left in the lease and left with a great trade in and an upgraded version!! I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

Such amazing customer service! Bryan is phenomenal. He really went out of his way to figure out the warrantee situation for a very niche Honda product and he got it diagnosed and the replacement piece so quickly! I was able to get my motocompacto back and working perfectly. I am so appreciative for the service I received. They really went above and beyond.

Ive been coming to this Honda location for a couple of years now and this is one of the best locations. Allen is a great service advisor, he is very personable. He always makes sure that my car is in top shape and is transparent with any issues. I have had my Honda for over 8 years now and been to other locations, this is definitely one of the best ones I have been to.

I've been using the same independent car repair service for years, but this time, had to seek out an alternative! My 2004 Acura RSX had its check engine light on for almost 3 months... which I assumed was the common "EVAP leak," resolved by obtaining an OEM gas cap and "drive cycling" the car (this always resolved the light in the past; it would go off by itself). This time? No dice! My code scanner revealed I had P1456, which, if it isn't "gas cap"-related, could be a host of other items, as determined by a "smoke test." Unfortunately my independent car repair person did not have the ability to "smoke test" my vehicle (meaning, any repair would be a roll of the dice). He recommended I take it to the dealer. So back to Honda I go! I've been to this Honda service station many times, but it'd been several years... and I must say, my return was a most welcome one! Steve and his crew smoke tested my car, found the culprit, sent a video of the reason my fuel injection system had lost pressure, and, after a bit of trickery in obtaining the part, installed it. They ended my 3 months of frustration! I passed smog, today :-) Thank you Steve and all at Honda! Please have a great summer, and I appreciate the warm welcome (and attention) you all gave me and my ride!

I was attended by Maria as soon as I walked in. She asked what vehicle I was looking for and asked if I wanted to test drive the vehicle immediately. She was very friend and has a very calm demeanor; it was helpful considering I’m a neurotic person. Maria, Saline, and Rudy answered every question I had and offered ways to appease my hesitations. Buying a car is a lengthy process, but Maria and Saline were a good balance of push and pull. Although I still came out with just a tinge over my ideal budget, I feel I went home with a good outcome. I love my new car. They were also patient with my mom who is very direct and isn’t afraid to ask the same question if she doesn’t understand the first time. I love her for that. Anyone else would have flipped but they stayed professional and friendly. I do recommend this team. I look forward to servicing my brand new ride at their service center across the street.
