From the moment you contact us to order the pickup to the moment we finalize your service delivery, you’re in control of your Honda service experience. The process couldn’t be any easier:

1. When you decide it’s time for Honda service, navigate to the appropriate page on our website.
2. Follow the prompt to schedule the dates you’d like your vehicle picked up.
3. When your service advisor arrives, they wear gloves while picking up your vehicle.
4. After your vehicle arrives, we’ll perform a multi-point inspection and video recommendations on areas we believe could use service.
5. You can pay your bill directly from the video – or call and pay us over the phone!
6. The entire time your car AND keys will remain disinfected. After service is complete, we’ll drop your car off right in your driveway – you don’t even have to be home!
