In her twenties, Carolyn began in the automotive industry, igniting a passion that would shape her career trajectory. Starting as a salesperson, from Finance Manager to Sales Manager, Carolyn’s determination and dedication were evident in every role she took.

Carolyn’s move to Los Angeles marked a pivotal moment in her career. She took on the responsibility of reviving a dealership that had faltered under previous ownership — a daunting challenge.

Armed with the determination and drive to succeed, she spearheaded the transformation of Honda of Downtown Los Angeles. Today, it stands as one of the largest Honda dealerships in the country, with Carolyn at the helm as the first-ever female Latin American General Manager for Honda.
